CMTSE Stands for Excellence in Machine Tool Salesm
The Certified Machine Tool Sales Engineer (CMTSE) Program is the only nationally recognized program that acknowledges individuals who possess the skills and knowledge necessary to perform effectively as machine tool application consultants.
Hundreds of individuals have earned the CMTSE designation through a combination of practical experience, formal study of a broad base of the industry's technical manufacturing technologies, in addition to successfully completing a comprehensive, nationwide examination.
The CMTSE program is supported in the industry by AMTDA, the American Machine Tool Distributor's Association, AMT - The Association for Manufacturing Technology, The National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA), and the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA).
The Certified Machine Tool Sales Engineer (CMTSE) program remains a symbol of machine tool sales professionalism and individuals who are at the pinnacle of their industry. For manufacturers, when you are working with a CMTSE designated sales professional, you can be confident in the advice that they are giving you and your company to help you improve your processes and increase productivity and profitability.
Currently, thirty-five of The Morris Group Inc.'s Sales Engineers have earned the CMTSE designation. For a complete list of Morris Group CMTSE certified engineers click here.
"At The Morris Group Inc., we have a commitment to continuing education and training for all of our employees and the CMTSE program is a key component of our company's Morris University program for our sales professionals," said Brad Morris, President, The Morris Group, Inc.
The CMTSE program provides an impartial, objective measure of competence and professionalism in their knowledge of machine tool technology, as well as administrative business skills in sales and economics. Look for the CMTSE designation on your sales person's business card or lapel pin or visit www.amtda.org for more information.
