Field Service Technician (Queens, NY)

The Robert E. Morris Company, a nationally recognized machine tool distributor has immediate fulltime openings for Field Service Technicians. Positions would be based in New York and New Jersey.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in mechanical/electrical repair of CNC machine tools, be comfortable working flexible hours at customer locations throughout New York and New Jersey and exhibit successful troubleshooting methods.  Must have strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience with machine tool maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components, along with CNC control and associated components.  Excellent technical, communication and presentation skills are a must. Knowledge of Microsoft products and computer skills preferred.
